Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient suspected of GERD and finished RDQ questionaire; 2. written informed consent; 3. detailed information are complete, including age, gender, and unique and traceable number.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. nasopahrynx or upper esophageal obstruction, severe and uncontroled coagulopathy; 2. known esophageal tumor. severe and unstable heart disease; 3. intake of gastroprakinetie within 7 days.
