50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lung cancer excision; 2. the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II; 3. aged 50 to 65 years old; 4. body mass index of less than 30 kg/square meters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative immune, endocrine, neurological and psychiatric diseases; 2. serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. hypertension, coronary heart disease, glaucoma and other complications; 4. poor pulmonary function examination; 5. lobectomy.
