Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Panic disorder patients, 50 cases, in our hospital outpatient patients. (1) Panic disorder patients who meet DSM-IV diagnostic criteria; (2) The severity of panic disorder scale scored more than 7 points; (3) Age 18-45 years old; (4) Junior high school education level above; (5) No drug treatment was given within 4 weeks; (6) Sign informed consent. 2. Normal controls, 25 healthy volunteers from the community: (1) Aged 18-45 years old, right-handed, junior high school education or above; (2) No major physical diseases or psychiatric diseases that meet the diagnostic criteria; (3) No history of mental disorders, no family history of mental disorders; (4) It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV axis II personality disorder; (5) It matched OCD group in gender, age, handedness and educational background; (6) Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the judgement of researchers, patients are at risk of suicide or injury to others; 2. History of brain organic diseases and major somatic diseases; 3. Conformity with other mental disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder; 4. Evidence of drug dependence and use of psychoactive substances; 5. Patients who have received electroconvulsive, transcranial magnetic stimulation, deep brain stimulation and other treatments affecting brain function in the past; 6. Those who have metal implants and dentures in vivo are in pregnancy and lactation, and have claustrophobia and other persons who can not be scanned by MRI.
