Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 80 years old; The time to stay in the ICU is expected to be greater than 1 week; in critically ill patients with high nutritional risk, the NIS2002 score is =5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With severe hepatic insufficiency and renal insufficiency; with severe burns
