Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 45-65 years male and female; 2. The clinical data is complete and with high compliance; 3. All participants sign informed consent after told study details.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inconformity to above inclusive criteria; 2. Major organic diseases (such as heart disease, nephropathy); 3. Organ transplantation, type I diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction, hypogonadism, prolonged immobility, gastrointestinal diseases, chronic liver diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5. Secondary osteoporosis caused by glucocorticoid therapy; 6. Long-term use of calcium tablets; 7. Participated in other similar clinical researchers.
