Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 30-80 years old; (2) Initial stroke or cerebral hemorrhage caused dysfunction, the main type of dysfunction is motor dysfunction; (3) Stable vital signs, no speech and cognitive dysfunction, physical examination coordination; (4) According to CT and MR examination, all meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke; (5) Subjects can tolerate multiple magnetic resonance examinations, no metal implants in vivo; (6) Through patients and cognitive impairment, physical examination can meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke. Family members agreed to undergo multiple MRI examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of brain trauma and psychosis; (2) Serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) Myogenic diseases or (and) peripheral nervous system diseases; (4) Consciousness disorders, unable to cooperate with the examination; (5) Taboos of MR examination; (6) History of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain tumors, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric diseases; (7) Existence of limb motor function before onset; Dysfunction; Epilepsy history.
