Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35 to 69 years; 2. Signing informed consent; 3. Meet any three of the high-risk population standards; Waist to Height Ratio (WHtR)>=0.5; Waist Hip Ratio(WHpR)>=0.90(male)/0.85(female); Ankle Brachial Index >1.3 or 90(male) / 85(female); Cholesterol (TC) > 5.2mmol/L; Triglyceride (TG) > 1.7mmol/L; Blood pressure (BP) SBP > 140mmHg, DBP > 90mmHg; Fasting blood glucose (FBG) > 6.1 mmol/L [Adjust FBG to > 7.0 mmol/L considering the situation of people with elevated fasting blood glucose; 2h postprandial blood glucose >7.8 mmol/L; High density lipoprotein male 3.38mmol/L; Smoking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Taking or injecting cardiovascular disease related drugs (eg antihypertensive drugs, insulin, etc.); 3. Have a history of malignancy (eg, tumors, etc.); 4. Have a contagious disease (eg AIDS, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, etc.); 5. Planned surgery during the trial; 6. People with cognitive impairment or who are unable to take care of themselves; 7. Participating in other clinical trials.
