Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who had finished their colonoscopy and were hospitalized in Shekou and Nanshan People's Hospital of Shenzhen between April 2016 and November 2017.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or cardiac insufficiency who could not complete a colonoscopy; 2. Patients who were unwilling to participate in this study or could not complete a colonoscopy; 3. Patients who had been diagnosed as CRC or had undergone CRC resection before colonoscopy.
