40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, with a history of more than three months, aged 40-75 years; 2. Not involved in moderate or heavy labor in the past three months; 3. There are no diseases or injuries that cannot participate in exercise; 4. Sense of lucidity, normal communication skills, no cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type I diabetes patients; 2. people who participated in Qigong or Tai Chi training in the past six months; 3. Patients with diseases that cannot participate in exercise or who have other physical injuries.
