23 Years to 53 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 23-53 years oid; 2. Histopathologic diagnoses for NAFLD were undertaken according to characteristic histological features,divided into normal subjects and NAFLD patients; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with other causes of chronic liver disease and renal dysfunction or those receiving potentially hepatotoxic drugs; 2. Subjects with hepatitis B, hepatitis C or human immunodeficiency virus infection; 3. Subjects are unable to comply with the study procedures.
