Severe acute pancreatitis

Interventions

Group 1:Target resuscitation
Group 2:Fluid resuscitation is conducted in the speed of 15ml/kg.h, and the total volume of fluid infusion within 24h is at least 1/3 of total transfusion volume within 72h.
Group 3:Fluid resuscitation is conducted in the speed of 5-10ml/kg.h, and the volume of liquid in 24h should not exceed 4L.The primary endpoint was 28 day and 90 day mortality

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate and severe pancreatitis within 72h; 2. Clinical manifestation: (1) Tissue perfusion: lactate >4 mmol/l; (2) Blood concentration: Hb>160 g/l or/and HCT) >0.500; (3) Hemodynamic instability, such as MAP<65mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. aged 80 years old; 3. patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency, chronic renal insufficiency, cirrhosis, malignant tumor, or cardiac pacemaker implantation.
