Group 2:6ml (3mg) Budesonide aerosol inhalation for Bid*9-14 days
Group 3:Methylprednisolone 40 mg intravenous drip or oral prednisolone 40 mg, Qd*5 days
Group 4:Methylprednisolone 40 mg intravenous drip or oral prednisolone 40 mg, Qd*9-14 days

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects volunteered to participate in the study and abide by the research regulations, and voluntarily signed written informed consent; 2) Compliance with COPD diagnostic criteria: Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) (updated version 2017).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Invasive mechanical ventilation is necessary for critical illness; 2) There was a history of acute episode or long-term systemic glucocorticoid therapy in the past month (non-exclusive criteria for patients using quantitative ICS devices in stable period); 3) Other heart, brain, kidney and liver diseases should be treated during hospitalization; 4) Complicated with pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, pneumonia and other respiratory diseases.
