Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tonsillectomy in Children ASA physical score 1 to 3, good mental status,cough an swallowing reflex retum normal, myodynamia of four limbs: level V

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: bleeding,difficulty swallowing, nausea and vomiting,
