Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fit for healthy people without systemic diseases; Patients with chronic low back pain had no strenuous exercise in the past month and actively cooperated to complete the whole clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who did not meet the included diagnostic criteria; (2) non-primary diseases, such as previous traumatic fractures, lumbar spine tumors; (3) pregnant or nursing patients; (4) combined with important system dysfunction, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular chronic diseases; (5) skin damage, ulceration, local infection and so on; (6) patients who participated in strenuous exercise in the past month; (7) previous lumbar spine surgery.
