Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Children aged 0-3 years old who were admitted to the department of cardiac surgery or general surgery of children's hospital affiliated to the capital academy of pediatrics for simultaneous combined surgical correction; 2) Children diagnosed as congenital heart disease (atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus and other complex congenital heart diseases) and other system malformations (oblique inguinal hernia, hydrocele, cryptorchidism, hypospadias and other complex non-cardiac malformations); 3) agreed to complete follow-up consultation according to the project plan and cooperate with the collection of required information of the project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with organ dysfunction; 2. Co-infection; 3. Concomitant coagulation dysfunction; 4. Children with critical or severe illness whose vital signs are not stable.
