Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical manifestations of involuntary, persistent muscle contraction, distorted, repetitive motion or abnormal posture syndrome, combined with electromyography, genetic testing, imaging and other clinical examinations
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Secondary dystonia; disagree with the signing of informed consent; patients who do not agree with clinical follow-up and blood collection
