Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) with an onset age of =45 years, including the following two situations: Diagnosis of clinically established PD requires: 1. Absence of absolute exclusion criteria 2. At least two supportive criteria 3. No red flags. Diagnosis of clinically probable PD can be made in: 1. Absence of absolute exclusion criteria 2. Presence of red flags counterbalanced by supportive criteria, ie, if one red flag is present there must also be at least one supportive criterion; if two red flags, at least two supportive criteria are needed. If there are more than two red flags, clinically probable PD cannot be diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not meet the 2016 edition of the "Chinese Diagnostic Standard for Parkinson's Disease"; patients who did not agree to sign the informed consent form for clinical follow-up and case collection
