Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged>18 years; (2) Inpatients with fever cannot be confirmed after at least 1 week of examination, body temperature repeatedly exceeds 38.3 degree C over 3 weeks(mouth or ear temperature exceeds 37.8 degree C, or the anus temperature exceeds 38.8 degree C); (3) Willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with fever no more than 3 weeks; (2) The cause of fever is clearly diagnosed.
