Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Twenty patients (8th edition of People's Health Publishing House of Dermatology and Venereology) who met the clinical diagnostic criteria of acne were selected from the dermatology clinic of Zhoupu Hospital; 2. Fifteen healthy volunteers served as blank control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons under the age of 18 or over 70 years; (2) Lactating or pregnant women; (3) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, connective tissue diseases such as lupus erythematosus and psychosis; (4) Occupational acne caused by chemicals or acne caused by drugs.
