Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IOP>21 mmHg with at least 2 kinds of anti-glaucoma eye drops; 2. Progressive glaucomatous optic nerve damage and characteristic visual field loss; 3. The patients had open anterior chamber angle; 4. IOP>21mmHg after modified viscocanalostomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary glaucoma; 2. Congenital glaucoma; 3. Any eye which undergone glaucoma or cataract surgery before; 4. Patients with combined surgeries with cataract extraction.
