Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracic surgery in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe impairment of pulmonary and cardiac function preoperative; (2) Serious postoperative complications such as anastomotic fistula, bleeding, infection and other life-threatening complications; (3) Patients postoperative pathological diagnosed as non-malignant; (4) Patients death due to other systemic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents or others within postoperative one-month; (5) Incomplete data acquisition:The patient's contact information was changed, and the family refused to cooperate with the follow-up investigation.
