Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Intrahepatic duct stones are distributed within or on both sides of the same half of liver, and the estimated resection amount shall not exceed 60% of liver volume; (2) Atrophy of the involved liver parenchyma, intrahepatic biliary stricture and distal bile duct expansion; (3) Tolerance to general anesthesia, ASA anesthesia grade below grade 3, no serious cardiopulmonary and brain disease, and liver function CHILD A and B; (4) Postoperative pathology showed no tumor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to tolerate anesthesia, ASA anesthesia risk level 4, and liver function level C; (2) Postoperative pathology was tumor; (3) There is no atrophy of liver parenchyma in the intrahepatic bile duct stones, which are generally treated with choledochoscope without liver resection, or the stones with diffuse distribution on both sides cannot be cleared through liver resection, so liver transplantation is required; (4) Patients with severe cirrhosis and coagulation dysfunction.
