18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with thoracic tumors (lung cancer, esophageal cancer) diagnosed by pathology or cytology; (2) Aged between 18 and 75 years old; (3) Without communication barriers, be able to use WeChat to chat and shoot videos; (4) Estimated survival period >6 months after surgery; (5) neutrophils>1.5*10^9/L, platelets>100*10^9/L, hemoglobin>9.Og/dl; bilirubin normal or <1.5*ULN; AST(SGOT), ALT(SGPT)< 2.5*ULN (<5*ULN if liver metastasis); serum creatinine < 1.5*ULN; (6) Patient has good compliance and understand the study with signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient with serious and uncontrolled organic lesions or infections, such as decompensated heart, lung, kidney failure; (2) pregnant or lactating women, mental patients, drug users, chronic pain patients; (3) Patient is involved in other clinical trials.
