80 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Older people aged at least 80 years; (2) Understanding the purpose of training and cooperating with the completion of testing and training; (3) Signing informed consent and voluntarily participating in low-intensity strength training; (4) Participants were assessed by two doctors and qualified for low-intensity strength training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with diseases affecting vital signs or tests, such as cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, or severe primary psychiatric diseases; (2) those who are unconscious and unable to understand and cooperate to complete the evaluation and training.
