Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who agreed to participate in this study were treated with thoracic surgery for lung cancer; (2) Aged over 60 years male and female; (3) HADS scores of A and D are one or two more than 8 points; (4) The subjects have clear consciousness and free language expression; (5) Have a junior high school education or above; (6) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Any known mental illness or hearing and visual impairment; (2) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) With history of psychosis, hearing or visual impairment; (4) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
