Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the above diagnostic criteria; drug treatment for 3 month is ineffective; EMG suggests mild carpal tunnel syndrome; patients who are unwilling to undergo surgery; volunteer to join the study and can follow up with follow-up; agreed to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with wrist traumatic deformity and cervical radiculopathy, brachial plexus disease, forearm pronator syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome and other diseases similar to CTS complaints; (2) known to be allergic to test drugs; (3) those with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) those who are taking glucocorticoid therapy, taking vitamin B12 drugs, including cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, adenosine cobalamin and domestic mecobalamin; (5) can not guarantee the prevention of excessive wrist strain during the trial; (6) pregnant women, lactating women and women of childbearing age who do not use contraception; (7) combined with other conservative treatment methods; (8) local infection; (9) diabetes mellitus; (10) ultrasound suggesting space-occupying lesions in the carpal tunnel; (11) having mental disorders, can not be combined with treatment of patients.
