Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) live in the area where the monitoring point is located for more than 6 months in the 12 months before the survey; (2) age greater than or equal to 60 years old; (3) have signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. have a history of mental illness or have serious cognitive impairment, audio-visual understanding disorders, unable to cooperate with the instructions; 2. cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney and other serious organ dysfunction; 3. pneumothorax and pneumothorax healing within 1 month, serious pulmonary vesicles; 4. have active respiratory tract infectious disease, infection disease; 5. unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction within 1 month; 6. high paraplegia; 7. incomplete data and refusal to participate in the investigation.
