Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of pneumonia in children is based on the WHO diagnostic criteria. The patient's age ranges from 2 months to 16 years, and the temperature is 38 degrees Celsius. The breathing rate is accelerated, and the X-rays of the lungs are infiltrated. No asthma. At least 1 month before sampling. Antibiotics; pneumonia patients have pneumonia no more than 3 weeks; no history of chronic disease.The patients were from the inland areas of Shandong and the counties adjacent to Henan and Hebei.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) cases of immunodeficiency diseases, tuberculosis and repeated respiratory infections; (2) Pathogenic examination of cases with bacterial and viral infections after admission; (3) Incomplete cases of clinical data that need to be intercepted in this paper; (4) Children with mycoplasmal pneumonia treated with other antibiotics; (5) Child patients who have used antibiotics within half a year.
