Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee osteoarthritis diagnosis standard; 2. First bilateral TKA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unilateral TKA; (2) Revision TKA; (3) always clear allergy or intolerance of analgesia solutions within a certain drugs; (4) rely on the use of opioid analgesic drugs; (5) the liver and kidney function is not complete; (6) other inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis; (7) knee infection or suspected infection.
