Group 2:Tumor resection based on MET-PET/CT metabolic imaging boundary

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 70 years old, male or female, with informed consent; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed GBMs confirmed by pathological exam; 3. Patients with GBMs of MGMT promotor methylation; 4. Patients with unilateral, single-focal, supratentorial tumors; 5. Patients with KPS scores =60; 6. Patients without pregnancy or lactation (if the patient included is female); 7. Patients conditions meet the requirements of surgery and anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of other types of malignant tumors; 2. Patients cannot receive postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy and sequential treatment with temozolomide; 3. Patients of primary GBMs with multifocal tumors, even with the metastasis to ventricle and contralateral encephalon to miss the optimal surgical opportunity; 4. Patients with severe diseases of vital organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys etc.) or other life-threatening illness; 5. Patients cannot perform MET-PET/CT or enhanced MRI.
