Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children suspected of pertussis admitted to the Children's Hospital of Shandong University, eligible children must have a nasopharyngeal specimen, tested for B. pertussis, and at least one of the following symptoms: cough lasts more than 5 days, paroxysmal Cough, apnea or vomiting after cyanosis and coughing. The clinical characteristics and laboratory results were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to age, gender, immune status, vaccination status, severity of illness, and whether or not the infection was combined. Patients with suspected pertussis from age 0-3 were divided into positive and negative groups after hospital diagnosis. Both groups received normal medical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Eliminate gastrointestinal diseases and oral diseases; 2. Exclude other severely inflammatory patients in the body; 3. With allergic diseases and family history of genetic disease; 4. With other infectious diseases and genetic diseases.
