Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged = 18 years old; (2) Kidney structure and dysfunction caused by various reasons (= 3 months), including pathological damage of normal and abnormal glomerular filtration rate, abnormal blood or urine composition, and abnormal imaging examination; or glomerular filtration rate of unknown causes decreased more than 3 months; (3) CKD patients were all complicated with hypertension, and their diagnostic criteria met the diagnostic criteria of hypertension in the 2010 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension; (4) consent and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, persistent arrhythmia, hypertension crisis, hyperthyroidism, cerebrovascular accident and other diseases; (2) Acute renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome, end-stage renal disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation patients; (3) Pregnant women; (4) Expected survival The period is less than one year; (5) excluding patients with mental disorders who can not cooperate or take care of themselves.
