Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged from 18 to 60 year old with the percentage of eosinophil of inflammatory cells in polyps sections above 10% are included. Either women or men are enrolled. All the patients underwent non-sinonasal-related surgeries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients using of corticosteroids or antihistamine drug within the 2 weeks or with acute infection one month prior to surgery or will be excluded. Subjects who had allergic fungal rhinosinusitis, autoimmune diseases, severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency and the systematic glucocorticoid contraindication (hypertension, diabetes, cataract, glaucoma, active hepatitis, digestive ulcer, severe osteoporosis and so on) were excluded. Pregnant and lactating women were not included.
