Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Match the diagnostic criteria of MCI; 2. MoCA score: 18-25; 3. Aged between 50 and 75 years; 4. No regular physical exercise for at least half a year (exercise with a frequency of at least twice a week and 20 minutes per session); 5. right handedness; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients with uncontrollable blood pressure; 2. A history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. Cognitive impairment was caused by other diseases (such as depression, drugs, poisoning, cerebrovascular diseases); 4. Patients with a history of mental illness, or with severe aphasia and audio-visual impairment, or with severe organ failure, history of myocardial infarction, history of coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal system disease, contraindications of exercise, color blindness and low educational level who cannot finish the test; 5. MRI contraindications such as dentures, porcelain teeth, pacemakers; or taking opioids, benzodiazepines and other drugs which affect the brain imaging; 6. Participating in other study subjects that influence the results of this study. Those who meet any of the above criteria will not be included in the study.
