Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for elective video-assisted thoracic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged over 18 yrs, male or female, ASA I to III; 3. Scheduled with double lumen endobronchial tube placement; 4. Extubation in PACU; 5. All patients received informed consent before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Urgent surgery, or with preoperative hemodynamically unstable status; 2. With abnormal coagulopathy, INR>1.5; 3. Preoperative acute respiratory infection; 4. Preoperative hoarseness, preoperative nasal deformity.
