A:Intravenous injection 7.5 ug/kg before epidural anesthesia
B:Intravenous injection 5 ug/kg before epidural anesthesia
C:Intravenous injection 2.5 ug/kg before epidural anesthesia
D:given equal volume of saline(5 ml)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~35 years; 2. ASA I~II; 3. Parturients planned for elective cesarean sections under epidural anesthesia; 4. At 37 to 42 weeks of gestation, B-ultrasonography showed intrauterine single live fetus, no intrauterine distress, umbilical cord around the neck, congenital malformation and other abnormal conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of liver and kidney dysfunction and cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. History of allergy; 3. Parturients with mental and neurological diseases; 4. Parturients who are not suitable for epidural anesthesia; 5. Pregnancy women who are complicated with hypertension, eclampsia and other diseases; 6. Abnormal function of placenta abruption, placenta previa and coagulation. 7. Parturients with history of drug and alcohol abuse,
