Ctrl group:collect tibial plateau from patients who underwent thigh amputation for sever trauma

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty for OA; 2. Patients who underwent thigh amputation for sever trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) known metabolic or bone disorders other than OA, which could affect bone metabolism; 2) known other joint diseases, which could affect bone architecture and quality; 3) receiving treatments that affect bone metabolism; 4) tibia osteotomy history.
