Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the experimental group: 1. the symptom of brain injury appeared in children with cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Brain injury related symptoms appeared within 1 week after general anesthesia; 3. After consultation between relevant departments of two or more third-tier and first-tier hospitals, patients with brain injury were clearly diagnosed. Control group inclusion criteria: 1. No brain injury related symptoms occurred within 1 week after general anesthesia; 2. The patients were followed up for half a year in parallel with the experimental group, and no related nerve injury symptoms were found.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative central disease; 2. Patients were detached within half a year after follow-up.
