Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. ASA Class I-III; 3. be arranged to undergo transplantation of free anterolateral thigh flap.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. infection of puncture site; 2. peripheral neuropathy; 3. coagulopathy; 4. serious major mental or physical illness(heart, pulmonary, hepatic or renal diseases, etc.); 5. don't agree to participate in this study.
