Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hepatic radiofrequency ablation; 2. Aged 20-70 years old; 3. ASA classification level from I to III; 4. Single metastatic or primary hepatic tumor with diameter less than 5cm;Or multiple lesions less than or equal to 3, and the diameter is less than or equal to 3 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to percutaneous puncture: including severe coagulation dysfunction, local or systemic infection, local anesthesia drug allergy, etc; 2. Mental illness; 3. History of chronic pain,or use analgesics in a long time; 4. BMI > 40kg /m2; 5. Portal vein thrombosis.
