Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with IPAH and PVOD/PCH diagnosed in our center from 2019 to 2021 (according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of domestic pulmonary hypertension guidelines), are expected to be enrolled in the IPAH group of 100 cases and PVOD/PCH group of 20 cases. All patients signed the informed consent for genetic blood sampling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The main exclusion criteria were: (1) other types of PAH; (2) refusal to participate in clinical studies; (3) less than 18 years of age.
