Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients who get colonocopy, 18-70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of a serious illness such as severe cardiac, renal, cerebrovascular,or metabolic disease; 2. presence of sever psychiatric illness; 3. prior history of any surgical bowel resection; 4. known allergy to polyethylene glycol (PEG).
