Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) With a history of type H hypertension; (2) Has experienced an ischemic stroke on neuroimaging (CT or MRI); (3) Able to communicate in Chinese and give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary Hypertension; (2) History of severe kidney or liver diseases , any known malignancy or mental disease.
