Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Meet the Diagnostic criteria for Somatic Symptom Disorders in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fifth Edition, dsm-5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental disorders; 2. Patients with chronic liver disease, diabetes, severe obesity (BMI greater than 35.0), irritable bowel syndrome; 3. Took selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRIs)/Serotonin and Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitor (SNRIs); 4. Antibiotics should be used within 1 month before treatment; 5. History of alcohol or psychoactive substance abuse.
