60 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 60 and 89 years; Fried's phenotype of frasthenia was evaluated as early frasthenia. Be able to walk independently without assistance, Berg scale score above 40 points; Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having osteoporosis and a history of fracture; The presence of severe musculoskeletal disorders that affect mobility; Suffering from serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; Having a history of mental illness or having serious psychological problems; Have difficulty in hearing comprehension and vision, unable to cooperate with training; Plan long-term travel or hospitalization during the study period;Plan to participate in other training programs during the study period.
