Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 65 years or older, selective surgery, and voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No reason can cooperate with the study or the researchers think it is not suitable to be included in this study. They participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before being included in the study, and could not communicate before operation (coma, severe dementia, language disorder).
