Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, 12 -14 gestational weeks, visiting Xinhua Hospital for the first time between September 2018 and December 2018; 2. Aged 18-50 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women diagnosed as type I or type II diabetes before pregnancy; 2. Pregnant women diagnosed as impaired glucose tolerance and took metformin before pregnancy; 3. Pregnant women with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases.
