Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 18 years with a confirmed diagnosis of STEMI; 2. patient that prepare to be treated with primary PCI; 3. Large thrombus burden in ischimic related artery through coronary angiography(thrombus score>2, and thrombus score is graded as: 0, no thrombus; 1, haziness; 2, definte thrombus2 vessle diameters); 4. informed consent is signed by all study participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiogenic shock or sudden cardiac death; 2. IRA(ischemic related artery) results from in-stent-occlusion/stenosis, or from bridge vessel occlusion/stenosis; 3. coronary artery disection; 4. Allergic to contrast medium; 5. Life expectancy <12 months; 6. recent active bleeding; 7. Left main artery as IRA.
