Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Divided into 3 groups: Young coronary artery disease group: =45 years old, gender is not limited, coronary CT or coronary angiography was performed, diagnosed as coronary artery disease. Elderly coronary artery disease: = 65 years old, gender is not limited, diagnosed standard same with young CAD. Young healthy control: no history of coronary artery disease, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, no clinical symptoms, coronary CT or angiography shows no significant stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied by severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease; 2. accompanied by a diagnosed single genetic disease; 3. malignant tumors; 4. taking birth control pills or pregnant women; 5. heart failure or asthma; 6. history of allergic reactions to contrast agents; 7. the physician believes that it is not suitable for the study.
