Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic foot and various ischemic diseases of the lower extremity, with typical lower extremity ischemia performance: foot cold, intermittent claudication, resting pain and foot ulcer, gangrene, severe pain in the affected limbs, other treatment effect is not good; 2. All kinds of instruments and equipments have proved that arterial stenosis or occlusion of lower extremity without outflow tract (digital subtraction angiography, magnetic resonance angiography, ankle brachial index, etc.); 3. people with foot gangrene may choose stem cell transplantation as appropriate and lower the amputation level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. highly allergic constitution; 2. severe local and systemic infections; 3. severe complications of other tissues and organs; 4. critical conditions such as shock, systemic failure; 5. advanced malignancies; 6. coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia.
